Football Italiano title Juventus to sell seats for Stadios Olimpicano for Juventus supporters article Juventus FC confirmed it will sell its Stadium Olimpiatorio seat block to Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea supporters, in an attempt to make room for the new stadium in the Italian capital.
In a statement, the club said it had agreed a deal with a consortium of partners including the Italian Football Federation, which will be responsible for the sale of the block of 20,000 tickets.
“We have made an agreement with Manchester United FC and the consortium, which is responsible for sale of our Stadia Olimperio ticket block, which we hope to finalise by the end of the week,” the statement read.
“The new Stadial Olimpsiatorio stadium will be a huge stadium with a capacity of approximately 34,000 people.
We will have a total of 18,000 fans in the stadium and they will have the opportunity to get as close as possible to the pitch.”
However, we also want to make a small gesture for the fans in Stadi, so we will be selling some tickets to them for their special events, as well as the general public, which would give us a bigger capacity.
“The team also confirmed the sale will not affect their Champions League group stage tie against Bayer Leverkusen, scheduled for August 11.
