A real estate broker from Florida has agreed to sell his business to a Florida-based company for $9.8 million.
Kamal Adil, who previously worked at two Jacksonville real estate brokers, said his departure was final.
He said he would be leaving the company that he founded and founded in 2007, after 17 years.
Adil said the move is a part of his plan to spend time with his family.
He said he wants to focus on his business and is not looking for any additional opportunities.
Adils father died from cancer in 2010.
He was a veteran of the Iraq war.
